Charles T. Hebert, 61, passed away August 16, 2013, native and resident of 
Schriever, LA. 

Memorial Visitation will be form 9AM until funeral time Wednesday, August 21, 
2013 at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Schriever followed by a Mass at 11AM, 

with burial in St. Bridget Catholic Church cemetery in Schriever. 

He is survived by his wife Patricia Pitre Hebert; brother, David B. Hebert and 
wife Rhonda; sister, Helen O. Hebert and Husband Dennis Wood of California; 
nephew, Jake Hebert; niece, Sadie Hebert. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Hebert and Willie Mae “Minnie” 
Hebert. 

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to The Lymphoma 
Research Foundation and American Cancer Society.
