The Rev. Robert Lee Johnson, 63, a native and resident of Franklin, died at 
8:05 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Joseph 
Baptist Church in St. Joseph. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at 
the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Baptist Church cemetery in St. Joseph.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara G. Johnson; son, Shacoby L. Johnson; 
daughter, Sojlander K. Defils; brothers, Lee Clark, Karo Johnson, Tyrone 
Haisley and Aaron Watson; sisters, Mattie Londo, Geneva Diggs, Bobby Jean 
Robertson, Ora Mae Poindexter and Eileen Johnson; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oreil Johnson and Elsie Doyle; two 
brothers; and two sisters.

Jones Funeral Home in Franklin is in charge of arrangements.
