Janet Guidry LeCompte, 59, died Sunday, August 11, 2013 at 3:34 AM. She was a 
native and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 8:30 AM until service 
time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on 
Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. 

Burial will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Mitchell LeCompte, Houma, LA, son, 
Derek Michael LeCompte, Houma, LA, daughter, Kayla LeCompte Cunningham and 
husband Christopher, Houma,LA. grandchildren, Cameron Micah LeCompte, Jayce 
Michael LeCompte, Lilyia Rose Cunningham. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mitchell H. Guidry and Hazel Mayeaux 
Guidry.

She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She was a 
member of the Krewe of Cleopatra for twenty years.
