Gustavia Matthews, 73, a native and resident of Gibson, LA. 

Services will be held at Beulah Baptist Church in Gibson, LA on Saturday, 
August 17, 2013. Visitation from 9 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. 

with burial at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church cemetery in Gibson.

She is survived by sons: Richard (Patricia)Green, Cary (Juanita) Matthews; 
Tyrone(Tasha)Matthews, Jeffery (Kema) Matthews and Kenyada (Erika) Matthews. 
Two daughters: Mona (Stanley) Johnson and Marian (Walter) Dumas 20 
grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Oliver Donald Matthews, Sr., parents, 
Dan and Mary Dabney; Son: Oliver Donald Matthews, Jr. Daughter: Patricia Ann 
Matthews; Brothers: Clinton Boyd, Lester Boyd, Eugene and Collin Williams; 
Sisters: Olivia Jacobs and Gloria Hodge. 

She was a Baptist.
