Marva Lee May, 56, a resident and native of Patterson, died at 1:40 p.m. 
Monday, Aug. 5, 2013.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Luke Baptist 
Church in Patterson. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Home Industrial Cemetery.

She is survived by her mother, Shirley Mae Smith May; brother, Marvin May III; 
and sisters, Sherial May, Rosetta Verdun, Sylvia Fields, Beatrice M. May, Julia 
Sterling, Lois Palmer, Caprice Britt, Karen May, and Judy May.

She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin May Jr.
Jones Funeral Home in Franklin is in charge of arrangements.
