Sally Hoffmann Poche', 79, was born on December 27, 1933 and passed away on 
July 29, 2013. 
She was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 
PM at Thibodaux Funeral Home, and on Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 8:00 AM 
until funeral time. Religious services will be held at 11:00 AM at Thibodaux 
Funeral Home. 

Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux.

She is survived by her children, Ralph Poche' and wife Tammy, Jerome Poche' and 
wife Debbie, Susan Poche' Manning and husband Keith, Rachel Poche' Bland and 
husband Duane, and Robin Poche' Constant and husband John, sister: Anna 
Melancon, grandchildren: Ralph "R. J." Jr., Reese, Valerie, Dave, and Rory 
Poche', Sunny Manning Ockman, Shane Manning, Leah, Kayla and Christin Bland, 
Lane Mosier, and Raegan and Gracie Constant, and 8 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ned "Sonny" Poche' Jr., and parents, 
Lucille and Frank Hoffmann.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of funeral arrangements.
