Vernice M. Robinson, 77, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Thursday, 
Aug. 1, 2013.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Morning Star 
Baptist Church in Thibodaux. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the 
church, 

with burial in Morning Star Baptist Church cemetery in Thibodaux. 

She is survived by her daughters, Christine Robinson, Joann Bolden, Wanda Moore 
and Barbara Robinson; sons, Lloyd, Floyd, Phillip Sr. and wife, Rhonda, and 
Pernell Sr. and wife, Lori Robinson; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Elizabeth Van Buren Mosby; 
grandson, Nathan Robinson; daughter, Patricia Robinson; and brother, Andrew J. 
Mosby.

Landry's Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
