Juliette "Maw Maw" Mary Kaltenbach Wallace, 94, a native of New Orleans and 
resident of Houma, accepted the call of her beloved creator Thursday, Aug. 
15,2013.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Francis De 
Sales Cathedral in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in St, Roch Cemetery No. 1 in New Orleans.

A devoted wife and mother, she is survived by her daughters, Viola Ann Vosbein 
and Audrey Mary Folse; son, Robert Eugene Wallace; and numerous grandchildren, 
great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stella Ragas Kaltenbach and Frank 
Christian Kaltenbach; son, David Louis Wallace; husband, Eugene Francis 
Wallace; and brother, Robert Kaltenbach.

Juliette was a former resident of Waldheim and Chalmette. She was a member of 
Prince of Peace Altar Society, Socialites, Louisiana NARFE, and VFCE.

The family wishes to express sincere appreciation for the compassionate care 
extended to our mother by the staff of The Homestead and Bayou Home Health in 
Houma.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Juliette and Eugene 
Wallace Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux Seminarian Education Burse, c/o Pastoral 
Center, P.O. Box 505, Schriever, LA 70395.

Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home in New Orleans is in charge of arrangements.
