She was a native of Port Barre, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, September 24, 2013 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 11:00am at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She is survived by her, Sons: Percy Kris Brouillette and wife Christine, Daughters: Stacey Oliver and husband Robert, Kelly Bergeron, Kimberly Songy and husband Timothy, Grandchildren: Blake P. Bergeron Jr, Kenny J. Bergeron, Nicholas R. Oliver, Blair M. Oliver, Ashley M. Neugent, Brandon P. Neugent, Gabrielle M. Songy, Anna E. Brouillette and Evan M. Brouillette, Great Grandchildren: Ali C. Bergeron, and Kate E. Bergeron. She was preceded in death by her, Spouse: Percy Brouillette Jr., Parents: Murray and Viola Mayer, Sisters: Sherry Mayer, and Patricia Ann Chiniche, and Grandchild: Emma K. Brouillette. She was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a friend to many. She was a teacher and guidance ecounselor for over 35 years and touched many hearts in her profession. She was a positive influence to her students, co- workers, and peers. She devoted many years as a member of the Krewe of Aphrodite, Krewe of Christopher, and The Civitan Club. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. ======================
