CASTAGNOS,  CAROL BRODTMANN 

Carol Brodtmann Castagnos, 68, a resident of Houma, passed away Wednesday, 
Sept. 4, 2013. 

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis de Sales 
Cathedral in Houma. 

She is survived by her three children, Colleen Cheramie, of Metairie, Lee J. 
"Chip" Castagnos III and wife, Dana, of Orlando, Fla. and Connie Hebert and 
husband, Dean, of Monroe; sister, Penny O'Krepki and husband, Richard, of Old 
Metairie; and six grandchildren, Claire and Conrad Cheramie, Parker Castagnos, 
and Reagan, Carter and Caroline Hebert. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter B. and Juanita Fournet 
Brodtmann. 

Carol attended Auburn University and graduated from LSU in New Orleans, where 
she was elected 16 Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and 
Colleges. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the 
Foundation for LSU Health Sciences Center.
