John Allen Eschete II, 23, a native and resident of Bayou Blue, passed away, 
Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Samart Funeral Home in Houma and 
from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at St. Louis Catholic Church. A Mass 
of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 

with burial in St. Louis Catholic Church cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, John Allen and Phyllis Brien Eschete; sister, 
Aimee Eschete; and grandmother, Sarah Belanger Eschete.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ivy J. Brien and Iris 
Savoie Brien; and paternal grandfather, Allen J. Eschete; and aunt, Barbara 
Brien.

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
