Antoine “Cowan” Elvis Gisclair, 82, a native and resident of Galliano, passed 
away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 8:47 a.m. at his residence.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 26, at 
Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow.  A mass of 
Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of 
Prompt Succor Catholic Church 

with burial to follow in Hebert Cemetery.

He is survived by his brothers, Joseph Gisclair, Stanley Gisclair, John 
Gisclair and sister Antoinette Gisclair Guidry.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominick and Artelise Duet Gisclair; 
brother, Sidney Gisclair and sister, Marie Jeanne Gisclair.
