HAYES, CARL PRESTON, I 

Carl Preston Hayes I., 68, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died at 
10:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at New Vision 
Family Worship Center. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Southdown Cemetery. 

He is survived by his daughters, Theresa H. (Thomas) Joseph, Samantha D. Hayes 
and Nicole H. (Rickey) Sneeze; brother, Harry Fitch; sisters, Laverne Hayes and 
Aline H. Smith; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his spouse, Audrey S. Hayes; parents, Alice 
Washington Hayes and Sylvester Fitch; sisters, Hilda and Eloise Hayes, Hazel 
Joseph, Mable Anderson and Cecile Billiot; and brothers, Lawrence, Berwick, 
Johnus, Hubert, and Freddie Hayes, and Paul, Alvin, John and Antoine Fitch. 

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
