Sam Joiner, 63, a native of Tennessee and resident of Gray, died at 1:14 a.m. 
Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, from cancer. 

A memorial service was Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013. 

He is survived by his wife, Darla Joiner; daughters, Tisha (Joey Babin) Joiner 
and Nola Joiner; several grandchildren; and many loving family members and 
great friends. 

He was preceded in death by his wonderful parents; and several loving family 
members. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
