Vergus Joseph LeBoeuf, Jr., 65, a native of Houma, LA and a resident of 
Labadieville, LA died on Sunday, September 15, 2013.

A visitation will be Wednesday, September 18, 2013 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at 
Landry's Funeral Home in Labadieville and on Thursday, September 19, 2013 in 
St. Philomena Catholic Church from 9:00am until funeral time. A Mass of 
Christian Burial will follow at 2:00pm in the church. 

Burial will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mable V. LeBoeuf; two daughters, 
Annissia M. Forney and Stacha A. Zicko; three sisters, Joyce L. Dupre, and 
husband, Jerry; Gloria L. Billiot and husband, Bill; Loretta L. Hebert and 
husband, Steve; one brother, Craig LeBoeuf and wife, Kathy; five grandchildren, 
Braden, Christian, and Easton Forney, Sallie Mable Zicko, and Sophia Biddy; one 
sister-in-law, Ethel V. Himel and husband, Errol; and numerous nieces and 
nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vergus J. LeBoeuf, Sr. and wife, Inez 
Richard LeBoeuf; brother, Malcom LeBoeuf, Sr.

He was a member of the St. Philomena Catholic Church Choir for many years and a 
charter member of St. Vincent dePaul Society. 
He retired in 2002 from 31 years of service to J. Ray McDermott. 
He loved children and never met a stranger.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with 
medical expenses.

Landry's Funeral Home in Labadieville is in charge of arrangements.
