Dallas Michael Melancon, 27, a native and resident of Thibodaux, passed away 
Friday, Aug. 30, 2013. 

A memorial visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at 
Thibodaux Family Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church. 

He is survived by his mother Roberta Melancon Naquin; stepfather Russell 
Naquin; daughter, Tabitha Clement; brother, Dexter Melancon; sisters, Stephanie 
Ledet and Lauren Melancon; and grandmother, Lena Melancon. 

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Melancon. Dal was an avid 
outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. 
He was a loving and dedicated caregiver to his grandmother and will be sadly 
missed. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
