ADAMS, EDNA VEDROS 

Edna Vedros Adams, 89, a native and resident of Lockport, died at 10:30 a.m. 
Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, in Raceland. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Holy Savior 
Catholic Church in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Monday at the church 

with burial in Holy Savior Catholic Church cemetery in Lockport . 

She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Marcombe and husband Richard; sons, 
Lawrence "L.J." Adams and wife, Sharon, Bobby Adams and wife, Irene, and Tony 
Adams and wife, Cheryl; sister, Ernestine Barrilleaux; 10 grandchildren: 17 
great-grandchildren: and one great-great grandchild. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Adams; parents, Dave and Edna 
Guidry Vedros; brothers, Bobby, Percy, Eno, Vince, Nilton, Tony, Freddie, and 
Richard Vedros: sisters, Molly Savoie, Winnie Folse, Evelina Thibodaux, Lillian 
Griffin and Mildred Vedros: and one great-grandchild. Falgout Funeral Home in 
Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
