Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2013/f1310.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Terry Jude Blanchard, 59, a native of Houma, lost his battle with Huntington's disease, Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center in Baton Rouge. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church. He is survived by his children, Matthew Blanchard, Sarah Hughes and husband, Ryan, and Andrew Blanchard and wife, Callee; and grandchildren, Phillip Blanchard and Evan and Grayson Hughes. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Derrell Blanchard. Terry was born Oct. 14, 1953, in Houma, to the union of Bert and Berta Melancon Blanchard. He was a retired CPA, an honors graduate of Nicholls, a devout Catholic and a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. He enjoyed weight training in his free time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America. ======================
