Dolores Burrell Cook, 72, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Sunday, Oct. 
20, 2013.

Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Catholic church in 
Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church

with burial at Morning Star Baptist church cemetery in Raceland.

She is survived by her sons, Dion, Adrian, and Darrien Cook and Alfred Cook 
Jr.; daughter, Denean Cook Scoby; brother, Cornelius Burrell Jr.; and sister, 
Barbara (Herbert) Smith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Cook Sr.; parents, Olivia 
Winston and Cornelius Burrell; brother, Robert Joseph Burrell; and 
grandparents, Dora and Jake Winston Sr. and Hilton and Rebecca Burrell.

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
