Edward Jospeh Crosby, 91, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, died Friday, 
Oct. 11, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Our Lady of 
Prompt Succor Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Wednesday at the church, 

with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery. 

He is survived by his wife, Erlene Griffin Crosby; son, Dewell Williams and 
wife, Patricia; daughter, Etnia Trahan and husband, Barry; six grandchildren; 
brother, Roosevelt Crosby; and sisters, Betty C. Crouch and Tina C. Duet. 

He was preceded in death by his first and second wives, Lena V. Crosby and Mary 
W. Crosby; parents, Jefferson J. Crosby and Clemence S. Crosby; and sister, 
Edna C. Callais. 
He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
