Florence Floore, 75, a native and resident of Bayou Blue, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 
2013. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Samart Funeral Home and from 9 
a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Louis Catholic Church. A Mass of 
Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in St. Louis Catholic Church cemetery. 

She is survived by her son, James C. Floore II; daughter, Anna Lemoine and 
husband, Michael; brother, Alton P. Dupre and wife, Dolores; sister, Jean Ellen 
Dupre; sisters-in-law, Ann Hein and Audrey Keller and husband, John; 
granddaughter, Jessica Marie Lemoine; great-granddaughter, Amelia Marie Walton; 
and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Floore; parents, Alton J. 
Dupre and Lily Marie Dupre; companion, Ted Landry; son, Paul Frances Floore; 
brother-in-law, Frances H. Hein; sister, Cecile Lyons and husband, James; 
mother-in-law, Marie Hein; father-in-law, Hubert Hein; and grandparents, Edna 
and Paul Babin, and Louvance and Emily Dupre. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
