Melodie Adele Dark Goff, 36, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died 
at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Eagle Wright 
Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Halfway Cemetery. 

She is survived by her husband, Torrance D. Goff; parents, John and Alma Adams 
Dark; maternal grandmother, Daisy Brown Adams; son, Cameron Mikhail Goff; 
daughter, Khira Simone Goff; and brother, Jonathon Christopher Dark and 
companion, Rasheka Thomas. 

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Susie Dark; maternal 
grandfather, John Adams Sr.; paternal great-grandparents, Sylvester and Marie 
Nicholas White; and maternal great-grandparents, Joseph and Elitha Walker 
Brown. 

Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
