Michael R. Gros Sr., 53, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Chackbay died 
today, Oct. 24, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Thibodaux Funeral 
Home 

followed by burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Thibodaux. 

He is survived by his sons, Michael R. Gros Jr. and finacée Ashley, Jude W. 
Gros, and Chase A. Gros; sisters, Mary Tabor (Larry), Terrie Becnel, Kelly 
Percle (Phil), Penny Thibodeaux (Ricky); and grandchildren, Candice, Carrie, 
Chloe, and Kaemen Gros along with numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Whitney and Carrie Gros; brother-in-
law, Scott Becnel; nephew, Jeremy Perez; and grandparents, Wickless and Gladys 
Gros and Mars and Vernice Sanchez. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
