Troy Anthony Hebert, 48, a native of Houma and resident of Bayou Blue, died 
Monday, Sept. 30, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Samart Funeral Home in Houma. 
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. 

He is survived by his mother, Linda Hebert; father, Daniel Hebert; sons, Jacob 
and Jarred Hebert; brother, Dooley Hebert and wife, Gwen; nephew, Caleb Hebert; 
and grandchild, Cullen Hebert. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmore Hebert, Edna Chauvin, 
Andrew Hebert and Lydia Hebert. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
