Earl Johnson, 66, a native and resident of Houma, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 
2013. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Community 
Funeral Home followed by 

burial at Southdown Cemetery. 

He is survived by his sons, Donald and Steve Lee Jackson, and Darnell and 
Darryl Johnson; daughters, Shelie Johnson, Betty Jackson, and Debbie Crawford; 
brothers, Benjamin, Clifton, and Mark Peters; sisters, Shirley and Gloria 
Norman, Florence McDaniel, Theresa Moore, and Barbara Peters; 31 grandchildren 
and 37 great-grandchildren. 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Ora Mae Johnson; parents, Pearl Jackson, 
Benjamin Johnson, and Ruby Peters; sons, Earl Jackson and Derrell Johnson; and 
daughter, Janice Jackson. 

Community Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
