Theresa Ellender LaRussa, 94, a native and resident of Houma, died at 10:38 
p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Our Lady of the 
Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. 
Friday at the church, 

with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. 

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Porche and husband, Wade. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Jimmy LaRussa; parents, Willie Peter Ellender and Leola Mary Chauvin Ellender; and brother, Elmore Ellender. 

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
