Lelia Toban LeBouef, 57, a native of Columbus, Ohio, and resident of Houma, 
died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013.

Visitation will be from 2:30 to 6 p.m. Monday at Samart Funeral Home in Houma. 
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

She is survived by her spouse, Alvin LeBouef Jr.; sons, Troy Carl LeBouef, 
Frank Allen Jr. and Jacob Allen; daughters, Cindy Douthitt, Patsy Cook and 
Margaret Allen; brothers, Harry Deal, Mark Pepe, Freddie Toban and Joe Walker; 
sisters, Coleen Davis, Charice Castner and Tina Walker; eight grandchildren; 
and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Allen Sr.; parents, Guy 
Toban and Georgia Stalcup Walker; brothers, Tommy and Leroy Deal; and sisters, 
Judy Chandler, Patricia Deal and Patty Rummage.
