Euling M. Lirette, 81, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died 
Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Samart Funeral Home 
in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, 

with burial in St. Louis Cemetery in Houma. 

He is survived by his wife, Rita Thibodeaux Lirette; sons, Allen (Evelyn) 
Lirette and Donnie (Libby) Lirette; daughter, Sandra (David) Hazen; sisters, 
Mary Ann Hardy and Theresa Ordoyne; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-
grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Volcar Lirette and Alice Boudreaux 
Lirette; and numerous brothers and sisters. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
