Diane Marie Marcel, 66, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, 
died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until funeral time 
Monday at Samart Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. 
Monday at the funeral home, 

with burial in Roger's Cemetery. 

She is survived by her spouse, Walter Marcel Sr.; son, Randy Marcel and wife, 
Tisha; daughters, Donna Bourg and husband, Shawn, Tina Leco and husband, Keith, 
and Tracy Portier and husband, Jamie; brothers, Terry "Black," Jaby and Peter 
Luke; 15 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Whitney Sr. and Edna Luke; brothers, 
Sidney Sr., Whitney Jr. and Anthony Luke; and grandson, Rusty Marcel. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
