Victor Picou, 53, a native and resident of Larose died at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, 
Oct. 22. 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Lighthouse 
Worship Center in Galliano. 

A burial will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Larose. 

He was survived by his wife of 31 years, Phyllis P. Picou; mother, Patricia B. 
Picou Settle; daughter, Heather P. Broussard; grandchildren, Brandy Broussard 
and Breece Broussard; and father and mother-in-law, George J. and Dorothy "Dot" 
Parr. 

He was preceded in death by his father; Earl Picou, and son, Ryan P. Picou. He 
was an avid hunter and fisherman. 

A special thank you to the staff at Tulane Medical Center in ICU. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
