Ethel Adams Rome, 85, a native and resident of Lockport, died at 8:29 p.m. 
Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Holy Savior 
Catholic Church in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Monday at the church, 

with burial in Holy Savior Catholic Church cemetery in Lockport. 

She is survived by her daughters, Olivia Pierron and husband, Leroy, Karen 
Folse and husband, Bryan, and Ginger Dominique and husband, Brian; brother, 
Adolph Adams Jr.; sisters, Marion Birdsall, Wanda Danos and Sheila Adams; 10 
grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and two 
great-great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, William George Rome Sr.; son, William 
George Rome Jr.; parents, Adolph Adams Sr. and Jean Boudreaux Adams; brother, 
Murphy Adams; sisters, Maude Ulrich and Aline Curole; and one grandchild. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
