Pearl Ledet Sevin, 88, a native of Patterson, and resident of Thibodaux, died 
at 12:22 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at St. Joseph Co-
Cathedral in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday 
at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Co-Cathedral cemetery in Thibodaux. 

She is survived by her son, Harold Sevin and wife, Clara Foret Sevin, of 
Schriever; brother, Warren Ledet; sisters, Dot Chaisson, Elsie Arcement and 
Barbara Chaisson; grandchildren, John Sevin and wife, Arlene, Connie Coyne and 
husband, David, Donna Lebouef and husband, Clynest Jr., and April Ordoyne and 
husband, Chris; great-grandchildren, Rhae Sevin, Mary Kathryn Sevin, Shannon 
Pitre, Justin Oncale, Ryan Coyne, Amanda Coyne, Shannon Lirette, Clynest 
Lebouef III, Mollie Ordoyne and Amber Ordoyne; and great-great-grandchildren, 
Madilynn Oncale and Adelynn Pitre. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney J. Sevin; parents, McLean 
Ledet and Stella Callahan Ledet; sister, Selma Ledet; and brother, Earl "Bud" 
Ledet. 

She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux, and will be 
greatly missed by her loving family. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
