Gregory Michael Songe, 16, a native of Houma and resident of Theriot, died at 
3:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until funeral time 
Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at the funeral home, 

with burial in St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery. 

He is survived by his father, David Songe Jr. and wife, Shantele Daisy Songe; 
mother, Holyn Martinez Andras and husband, Clifton Andras Sr.; grandparents, 
David Songe Sr. and wife, Sharon Songe, and Sylvia C. Martinez and husband, 
Bobby "Bob" Martinez; great-grandmother, Pearl Quick; step-grandparents, 
Shirley Daisy and companion, Allen Marcel, and Buddy Daisy and wife, Jeanette; 
brothers, Brendan Daisy, Conner Daisy, Carsyn Songe, Don LeBoeuf, Kameron 
Martinez, Jacob Bergeron, Austin Bergeron, Chase Bergeron, Clifton Andras Jr. 
and Bobby Andras; godparents, Phillip Songe and wife, Dawn, and Holly Leckelt 
Chuter and husband, Jason; uncles and aunts, Kevin Chauvin, Jody Martinez, 
Timothy Martinez Sr. and wife, Michelle, George Picone, Jeff Daisy and wife, 
Vickie, and Tabatha Pitre and husband, James; many other numerous aunts, 
uncles, cousins, family and friends; and special pet of the family, Kibbles. 

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Hebert Quick Sr., Velma 
Boudreaux and Bruce Songe, William Martinez and wife, Lilia, and Clarence 
Champagne and wife, Adine; uncles, Toby Daisy and Robb Martinez Sr.; and 
cousins, Mark Quick Jr. and Anastasia Martinez. 

Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
