Patricia "Peanut" Lynn Babin Vega, 42, a native and resident of Houma, died at 
2:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time today at Maria Immacolata 
Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. today at the 
church, 

with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. 

She is survived by her former husband, Patrick Vega; son, Jacob Paul Vega; 
daughter, Caitlyn Elizabeth Vega; mother, Charlene Derrick Babin; brother, Troy 
Michael Babin; and sister, Deborah Babin Guidry. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Paul Babin; paternal 
grandparents, Thelma and Younce Babin; and maternal grandparents, Leonard and 
Josephine Derrick. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to assist with burial costs may be made 
to Brittany at Chase Bank in Houma by calling 985-876-4889. 

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
