Clara Mae Plaisance Bruce, 85, a native and resident of Cut Off, LA, passed 
away on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 7:29 AM in Cut Off, LA.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
celebrated at 12:00 PM Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 

with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery, Cut Off.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Galliano and husband Moise, Rhonda 
Gautreaux and husband Dwight; Deidra Guidry; daughter-in-law, Kathy M. Bruce; 
brother, Henry Plaisance, Jr.; sisters Edna Danos, Shirley Danos; 9 
grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Bruce, Jr.; son, Robert Bruce; 
parents Henry Plaisance, Sr. and Anastacie Melancon Plaisance; sister, Velma 
Danos and one grandchild.

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
