Demoville "D.J. Collins, Jr., 68, a native of Golden Meadow, LA and a resident 
of Cut Off, LA, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2013 at 9:20 PM at his 
residence.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Thursday, November 14, 2013 and 
from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM, Friday, November 15, 2013 at Falgout Funeral Home, 
Galliano, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Friday 
at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA, 

with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery, Cut Off.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Emely Allemand Collins; son, Roddy 
Collins, Sr.; daughter, Kelly Collins Benoit; brothers, Carroll Collins, Johnny 
C. Vegas; sisters, Nolda Collins, Dorita C. Bruce, Virgie C. Leonard; 9 
grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his son, Tal Jason Collins; parents, Demoville 
Collins and Virgie Collins Toups; brothers, Alvin Collins, Cleveland Collins, 
Joseph Collins; sisters, Amanda Ayzine, Doris Williams, Bertha Borne, Anna Mae 
Anderson, Alvina Collins, Lucy Collins, Isabelle Collins.

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
