Steve J. Dufrene, 65, a native and resident of Raceland, died Wednesday Nov. 
27, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Hilary of 
Poitiers Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in St. Mary's Nativity Cemetery. 

He is survived by his companion, Debbie Michel; mother, Doris Guidry Dufrene; 
brother, Scott D. Dufrene; and two nieces. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Clemile Dufrene. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
