Ronald Joseph Dufresne, 74, a native of Pointe-aux-Chenes and resident of 
Houma, passed away peacefully Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013.

As per his wishes, a private ceremony will be held at a later date.

He is survive by his wife of 53 years, Mary Savoie Dufresne; son, Scott 
Dufresne and wife, Dana; daughter, Sandy Dufresne Boudreaux and husband, 
Robert; sister, Gloria Dufresne Naquin and husband, Royce; and grandchildren, 
Jordin Boudreaux, Scotti Dufresne, Haileigh Dufresne, Jacy Boudreaux, Jared 
Boudreaux, and Madison Dufresne.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Levy Dufresne and Dorisa Dupre 
Dufresne; mother-in-law, Norma Savoie; father-in-law, Clifton "Toie" Savoie; 
and brothers, Roland and Gerald Dufresne.

He was a life long insurance account manager. He was very passionate about his 
family, faith, and mostly his wife. He was loved dearly by his friends and 
family and will be truly missed.
