Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Magnolia United Methodist Church in Johnson Ridge. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Blue Lilly Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Roberts Joseph; sons, Stanley, Phillip, Herman and Cleveland Joseph; stepson, Greg Gregoire; daughters, Audrey Harry, Carol William, Brenda Joseph and Bobbie Jean Davis; stepdaughters, Lynna Brown and Louise Gregoire; brothers, Alton, Cleveland and Harry Joseph; and sisters, Amelia Marie Sims, Margarita Harry and Willie Mae Harold. He was preceded in death by his sons, Warren and Henry Joseph Jr.; brothers, Edward, Sidney and Warren Joseph; and sisters, Dorothy Washington and Anna Joseph. He was a World War II veteran and served aboard the U.S.S. Hunter Liggett. He also was a captain with the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office for 23 years until his retirement.
