Eunice Landry Melancon, 88, born February 11, 1925 passed away on November 25, 
2013.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 from 8:00 AM till funeral 
time at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Chackbay, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial 
will take place at 10:30 AM at the church. 

Interment will be in Our Lady of Prompt Succor cemetery in Chackbay.

She is survived by her daughters, Gail Dufrene and husband Norman, Deany 
Dominique and husband Dennis; son, Wayne Melancon and wife Charlene; 8 
grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Lucy Landry.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar "GaGa" Melancon; father, 
Dozelian Landry; mother, Frances Rodrigue Landry; brothers, Louis Landry and 
Foster Landry Sr.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
