Francis Paul Monnier, 58, a native and resident of Raceland, died Saturday, 
Nov. 9, 2013. 

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday (Nov 15, 2013) at St. Mary's 
Cemetery in Raceland. 

He is survived by his sisters, Luella Ownes and husband, Jack, of Raceland, and 
Anne Monnier; and brothers, O.E. "Butch" Monnier Jr. and wife, Sandy, and Carl 
Monnier. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Octave Monnier, and mother, Leona 
Monnier. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
