Rita Anastasia "NaNa" Lassere Rodrigue, 89, passed away November 17, 2013, 
resident of Chackbay, LA and native of Vacherie, LA. She was born September 28, 
1924.

Memorial visitation will be Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 8AM until funeral 
time at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay. A Mass of 
Christian Burial will be at 10:30AM, at the church, 

with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery in Chackbay.

She is survived by her sons, Perry Rodrigue Sr., Ruffin Rodrigue Sr. & wife 
Cecile, Berris Rodrigue Sr. and Bonnie Caro, Donald Rodrigue Sr. & wife Agnes, 
Gaston Rodrigue Jr. & wife Diane; daughters, Ann Marie Danos & husband Wayne, 
Beryl Ann Ledet & husband Al; sister, Pauline Lassere Guidry, 17 grandchildren 
and 32 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gaston Rodrigue Sr.; parents, Focas 
Lassere and Anastasia Brock Lassere; brothers, Hymel Lassere, Clem Lassere, 
Ruffin Lassere, Eddie Lassere & Joseph Lassere; sisters, Edith Lassere Kliebert 
and Marie Lassere Steib.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Our 
Lady of Prompt Succor Ladies Altar Society are preferred.
