Thomas Joseph Small Sr., 72, a native and resident of Schriever, died Sunday, 
Nov. 17, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at First Baptist 
Church in Schriever. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in First Baptist Church cemetery in Schriever. 

He is survived by his son, T.J. Joseph Small; daughters, Roxanne (Alfred) Small 
Starks, Wendy (Charles) Small Shelby, Mona (Wallace) Small Smith and Kirschell 
Small; brother, Earl (Ann Marie) Thomas Small; and sister, Earleen Small. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lee Nixon Small; parents, Thomas 
Commodore and Olly Small; and son, Thomas Joseph Small Jr. 

Kennedy Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
