Franklin Walker, 93, a native of Lansing, Mich., and resident of Houma, died 
Monday, Nov. 11, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Luke Baptist 
Church in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with 

burial in St. Luke Baptist Church cemetery in Houma. 

He is survived by his sons, Dennis and Darryl Walker; sisters, Mamie Walker, 
Loney Walker and Ethel Lee Walker; and several grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Walker; parents, Mozelle and Reuben 
Walker Sr.; brother, Reuben Walker Jr.; and sisters, Lola, Beatrice and Juanita 
Walker. 

Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
