Lucille B. "Maw Maw" Daigle, 95, a native of Weeks Island and resident of 
Thibodaux, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Bridget 
Catholic Church in Schriever. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Friday 
at the church, 

with burial in St. Bridget Catholic Church cemetery in Schriever. 

She is survived by her sons, Darrel Daigle, Gilbert "Joe" Daigle Jr., Lloyd 
Daigle Sr., Terry Daigle Sr., Robert "Bobby" Daigle Sr., Roland Daigle Sr. and 
Gerald Daigle; daughters, Deborah "Debbie" and Linda Daigle; brother, Ellis 
Boudreaux; sister, Mabel Louvier; 26 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Daigle Sr.; parents, Cecilia 
and Charles Boudreaux; sons, Leroy, Merlin Sr. and Murphy Daigle; brothers, 
Adam, Charles Jr., Philip, Louis and Lawless Boudreaux; and sisters, Pearl, 
Rita, Cecil and Dot. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with 
funeral expenses. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
