Udora Danos Duet, 92, a native of Larose and a resident of Galliano, died on 
Wednesday, December 25, 2013.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 
31, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galliano 

with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.

She is survived by her two daughters, Corine Duet Curole and Winola Duet Martin 
and husband Chris; four grandchildren, Keith Curole and wife Michelle, Kevin 
Curole and wife Margaret, Toni Martin Curole and husband Greg, Jason Martin and 
wife Amanda; nine great grandchildren, Dwight, Caitlin, Christopher, Mary, 
Gregory, Luke, Kayden, Allis, Vivian and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor J. Duet; parents, Azilin and 
Adele Danos; four infant sons; brothers, Phibert, Alidore and Octave Danos; 
sisters, Attice Boudoin, Venneceia Bellanger; son-in-law, Murphy Curole and 
granddaughter, Keli Curole Frazier.

She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Her hobbies were raising chickens, growing a garden and hunting. She was a 
crafty woman who could devise anything she needed to achieve what she wanted. 
She loved her family and her camp.

The family would like to thank the Lady of the Sea Hospital staff, Dr. Camille 
Pitre, The Broadway, TGMC and all the friends and family who helped in her 
care.

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
