Rosemae Thibodaux Gros, 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Monday, 
Dec. 9, 2013. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Christ the 
Redeemer Catholic Church in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 
a.m. Saturday at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. 

She is survived by her sons, Lynn Gros and wife, Nancy, and Ron Gros; 
daughters, Connie Veillon and husband, Wayne, Arlene Belanger and husband, Ivy, 
and Caroline Blanchard and husband, Robert; sister, Rosetta T. Simoneaux; 
grandchildren, Dwayne, Lee and Greg Veillon, Trey, Cameron and McKenna Gros, 
Jordan, Nicholas and Olivia Gros, Scott Belanger, Jenny B. Landry and Katie and 
Joshua Blanchard; and great-grandchildren, Memphis, Ben, Adele Rose and Emilie 
Veillon. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Paul Gros; parents, Felicien 
and Theresa Thibodaux; brothers, George, Dempsey and Lucien Thibodaux; and 
sisters, Felitia Sanchez, Alitia Hebert, Rosebella Himel, Mary McDonald and 
Nora Thibodaux She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's 
Association at alz.org. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
