Maybelle Folse Guedry, age 97 passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at 
Audubon Health and Rehab. 
She was a native of Burnside, Louisiana and a resident of Raceland. 

She served as a WAC – Sgt in World War II.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30, 2013 from 9:00 am until 10:45 
am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be 
held at 11:00 am from the church 

with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by Charles Guedry, Jr., Rosemarie Griffin (husband Allan) and 
Bryan Guedry (wife Angie). Brother Eugene Folse and sisters; Odette Toups, 
Leonie Enos. Five grandchildren; Kathryn and Lauren, Guedry, Sarah Harmer 
(husband Bill), Aimee and Andrew Griffin. Great-grandchildren; Will, Griffin 
and Ella Harmer

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Guedry, Sr., parents; 
Felonise Waguespack and Hector Folse, Sr. Brothers; Hector Folse, Jr., Bernard 
Folse, Roger Folse and sisters; Elsie Forest, Marie Jeanne Savoie, Yolande 
Toups and Babette Tullia.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of 
Audubon Health and Rehab and the staff of Thibodaux Regional Medical Center for 
providing for their dedication and for providing excellent care for their 
cherished and loving mother.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
