Edwina Yowell Kilpatrick, 78, died Friday, December 20, 2013 at 07:45 AM. She 
was a native of Jacksboro, TX and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 from 9:00AM until 11:00AM 
at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, 
December 23, 2013 from 11:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. 

Burial: Garden of Memories Cemetery

She is survived by her, sons, Willis E. Kilpatrick Jr. and wife Rochelle, Lee 
Kilpatrick and wife Dawn brother, Pershing Yowell, sister, Ruth LeMond and 
husband John LeMond. four grandchildren, Sandra Kilpatrick Lloyd and husband 
Major Jonathan Lloyd, William “Billy” Kilpatrick and fiancee Victoria Baudoin, 
Stacy Kilpatrick Doucet and husband Chad Doucet, and Stephen Kilpatrick four 
great grandchildren, Jonathan “J.J.” Lloyd Jr., Elizabeth Lloyd, Alexis “Lexi” 
Lloyd, Cecelia Doucet,and Gemma Doucet.

She was preceded in death by her, husband, Willis Ernest Kilpatrick Sr., 
parents, William Edwin Yowell and Rena Phillips Yowell, brothers and sisters, 
Odell Yowell, Tillman Yowell, Bethel Yowell, Katherine McDonough, Charles 
“Buddy” Yowell, and Mary Lou Cook.

She was a member of Church of Christ.

Edwina was fond of crocheting, quilting, arts and crafts, and watching 
football. She was a member of the Houma Lou Doll Assocition. She was a loving 
wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be deeply 
missed by all her loved ones.
