He was a native of and resident of Pointe-Aux-Chenes, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 8:30am to 12:00pm at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 12:00pm Noon at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial: St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery. Dennis received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Nicholls State University in 1982 and has been a loyal employee for both Callais Cable and Charter Communications for over thirty years. He is survived by his sister Faye Ledet Rogers and husband Bruce of Houma, brother Louis J. Ledet and wife Heidi of Bourg, sister-in-law Ellen D. Ledet and late husband Melvin J. Ledet of Houma, niece Rhonda M. Ledet, and nephew Tyler J. Ledet. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin J. Ledet and Thelma Naquin Ledet, grandparents, Clothide D. Ledet, Felicien A. Ledet, Martha L. Naquin, and Dennis J. Naquin, brothers, Wade P. Ledet and Melvin J. Ledet and nephew Thomas E. Rogers. He was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Dennis was a past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council 8616, and a member of the Rev. Patrick V. Curran Assembly No. 2214 and the St. Charles Borromeo Pastoral Council. He also served as an Eucharistic Minister, lector, and religion teacher. He served as the Captain for the Bonne Terre Carnival Club, a member of the Terrebonne Parish Recreation District No. 6 Board, and a commissioner on the Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District. Dennis loved his community, his job, and making people happy. He enjoyed playing golf and watching the Saints and LSU. He touched many lives and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. ======================
